One particular staff couldn't be less interested in her job. Constantly walking away to have a conversation with her friends. Couldn't charge the right amount to play even a full game with five people. The games kept stopping halfway through leaving us to press service requested but no staff was at their station to see the service call. She was unhelpful, so we asked for a refund. The manager said no refunds but you can come back and bowl for free these games you didn't get to play, but you have to pay for shoe rentals. It honestly felt like a scam out of money and waste of time, when the employee can't even charge the right amount to play even one game. fIRST DAY WAS OKAY, SECOND DAY, THE LADY WAS VERY RUDE, MESSED UP OUR GAMES, CHARGED INCORRECTLY, BASICALLY CALLED US LIARS WHEN WE CALLED HER ON IT. Bowling is fun, good prices. Snack bar never has food advertised. I ordered an ice tea, young lady with glasses flat out said I didn't make any and charged me the price of the tea for tap water. Ordered nachos for my little girl, same young lady put jalapenos on them without asking. I asked for plain she argued. They were out of pizza, and all fried food. No pretzels.
