Well it has been a year since Winstar Windows installed 16 windows and a bay window in our home . I wanted to give it some time (all four seasons) to see how well the windows were. We are more than happy with our choosing Winstar Windows to install our windows. I shopped around to find the best company( 3 reputable companies).Gene and I hit it off from the start. I researched Okna windows, great quality and lifetime warranty!! Installation took two different days. First day was all 16 windows. Nic installed all the windows with precision and experience of a true professional. We scheduled the second day for the bay window install. Maddie was awesome when scheduling the consultation, install, and follow-up visit. Gene was friendly, thorough, and informative, and brought multiple samples to my house to check out. He was also happy to answer all my questions about the products, installation, warranty, etc. and came back for a second time (within one day of reaching out) after the scope of the project changed a bit.
