We recently celebrated our daughter's Sweet 15 at the Blue Rose Venue in Caldwell, NJ, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we began planning the event to the final execution, the staff at Blue Rose went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their attention to detail, genuine care, and exceptional service truly made our experience memorable.
The venue itself is stunning, offering the ideal backdrop for our daughter's special day. The ambiance was both elegant and welcoming, making every guest feel special. The staff at Blue Rose is genuinely loving and caring, treating our event as if it were their own family's. They were attentive to all our needs, often going the extra mile to accommodate our requests and ensure our comfort throughout the event.
What stood out the most was how the Blue Rose team handled everything with such professionalism and warmth. They made the planning process seamless, providing guidance and support at every step. Their commitment to excellence was evident in every detail, from the beautifully maintained facilities to the quality of their service.

Read moreLet me start by say the venue is beautiful. The owner is nice, she's hands on with helping you and she will work with you on your deposit dates. She also helps with the cleaning up after the event. The table cloths are included within the price. The hall doesn't need much decorations. The bridal suite is nice. These are all pros
The Cons that I have is, you have to supply water, you have to pay an extra 150 dollars for set up even if there is no other event that day. You have to pay for the chafing dishes, the bartender, the servers, you have to pay for ice. You also have to pay a 150 dollar fee, I believe it's for the cleaning after the event and that's added into your deposit. You have to pay a 500 dollar refundable deposit. Your first deposit is nonrefundable, so make sure you want to book. The venue is not B.Y.O.B because your guest have to leave their alcohol with the bartender, which makes your guest feel like they are supplying alcohol for everyone. The cops will come to tell the owner to turn the music down. You will spend a lot of money at this venue so be prepared. Overall I had...
Read moreMy wife and I stumbled upon the Blue Rose Venue on Instagram earlier this year when we decided to change from our original plan of a destination wedding. And from our initial inquiry, we quickly realized that we found our wedding venue. The space is breathtakingly beautiful and Iris and Maria were beyond helpful and over communicated every aspect of what we would need, what they provide as a venue, their recommendations of vendors, and what things we should avoid.
Planning a wedding is not for the faint at heart, and when you are planning your own wedding on a budget, without any prior event planning experience it is a very overwhelming process. And a lot can go wrong. Thanks to Iris and Maria, they provided us with the proper assistance, attention to detail, expertise, and advise that helped make our special day a magical event we will remember forever!
Kinda hard to believe that by the next day they had another wedding they were hosting...lol true professionals! The Blue Rose Venue will give you the personal, one-on-one attention that your once in a lifetime event deserves....
