Wow! Where to begin? We are from out of state and realized our truck key was very weak and had a slight crack in it. We ran over to Ace to get a key made until we could get back home and to the dealer. KC was originally on the job, had me run out to the truck to check several times to see if the key he had made worked. After several attempts, he called in the Manager, Tom. He too tried and tried. The key worked in the door, but not in the ignition, we needed a key with a chip. KC came out with some graphite powder lubricant, and it worked! These 2 men worked diligently to help us get back on the road and were incredibly helpful! THANK YOU ACE and especially to KC AND TOM for going out...

We have lived in Estes Park for several years and during that time i have renovated 2 properties as well as run an HOA of 60 year old properties. We are always doing interior and exterior repairs and nearly every weekend down at Ace. They almost always have what you need (unless it is a custom part), and if they don't, the staff are great at helping you create a viable alternative solution. They care about their customers, spend time with them, and know where everything is in the store! Awesome! And they also have great senses of humor and are just very pleasant to deal with. The staff at Ace Hardware in Estes Park were so very friendly and helpful! We are here on vacation and needed some last-minute supplies. I was greeted by the guy in the Paint Dept. He was very knowledgeable and pointed me right to the isles for the items I was looking for. Also, the cashier by the name Barry was very nice and helpful!
