Sold me a Amana washer told me it’s good for the money and it’s something I can repair if something happens. Well 17 months later it’s not working. Called they sent a man over reset the machine, that didn’t work the repair man said well I’ll talk to my boss and get back to you asap. Never called me back and another repair company told me it’s the circuit board and by the time you pay for a new board and an install you should just get a new one. Very disappointing that nobody from Vinski’s called me back to advise what my next steps could be. They sold me junk and then put no effort into trying to help fix the problem. We are sooo happy with our new Amanda top loader washing machine. He knew exactly what we wanted. We went down there, he showed us what he thought we were looking for and within an hour he was at our house. They took out the old washing machine, brought in the new one and hooked it all up.very fast and efficient. They take the old machine and all the cardboard with them. They are friendly and very professional. He also fixed a burner on our stove that was not working. Took about 30 seconds.he did not charge us. We have been a customer of theirs for years. John is amazing and I love how he teaches me what’s wrong with my appliance as he fixes it. They are reasonably priced and they go above and beyond whether repairing an appliance or delivering a new one. We bought a new washer from them and it was delivered the next morning. John and another gentleman delivered the washer. They unboxed it outside, brought it in, removed the old washer, mopped my floor where the old washer sat and got me new hoses since mine were falling apart.
