This place feels like a second home for me.

-- Well maintained, clean facility that was recently given a fresh coat of paint throughout.

-- Spacious rooms for musicians with plenty of power outlets as well as a ceiling fan and heater.

-- Loading area in the rear of the building is great, you can pull your car right up to the back double-doors and load/unload your gear easily.

-- Quick response from staff when something is needed, like a code change for example.

-- They recently added a vending machine that as music stuff in it, like packs of strings and whatnot, HOW COOL IS THAT!?

Solid experience all around having been a customer for the past 3 months. Very friendly and helpful customer service, and they made signing for my first storage unit a positive experience. The unit itself is electronically secure, and the temperature control is commendable. When I first started using the unit, there seemed to be some issues with people smoking in the building, but I don't notice the smell anymore so im guessing its been addressed. Contacting them and setting up an appointment was very easy and simple. I met with Nikki Trozzo and she is absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! She not only sat with me and thoroughly explained Store Xpress’s policies, benefits and rates but she also drove me around on a golf cart to view my interested areas. The facility was extremely spacious and very clean. Although I did not store my boat there due to the rates being higher than my budget, I would completely recommend this storage facility.
