What a beautiful store with a lot of cool things, and that's where that ends. I am giving 2 stars for the shop. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting one of the most hateful employees or owner I have ever engaged with.

Here is what happend.... I started looking at the lampe berger. I have been into lampe berger since the early 2000s when it was first introduced to me. As a guy looking for manly smells it is hard to find smells for my office and man cave. Understand I have 5 defusers in my home alone. Ranging from $50 to several hundred dollars. (Yes, this stuff is amazing) i did the sniff test to see if there was a seal leak for delution of the alcohol in the bottle. I was told very rudely as she yells across the store that i will not smell anything as it is alcohol base. Folks, anyone ever smelled moonshine or a good bottle of bourbon that has been left open for several days? It has a smell. I shook it off, and after I asked if she had a specific scent. I was told (again rudely and yelling across the store)that in 25 years of selling, she has never heard of that scent or would she ever want to carry that scent. I had had enough...

I grabbed my family and my wife and daughter left their stuff behind. This individual actions were shameful. Sadly, she missed out on a good sale today. I have been needing some new stock smells for a while now.

You know a little kindness goes a long way even when you do not know people. It is never short of amazing to meet new people and find out who they really are even as business owners and employees.
