If you enjoy rude customer service and complete in competence this is the place for you😀 I took my 55" 4 k tv there over two weeks ago to get it fixed because the screen had went black on me. When I took it in the tech guy working the front quoted me 350$ yo fix my tv before even knowing what was wrong with it. So I said Olof before you do any repairs call me and let me know what is exactly what wrong with the tv. So I can talk price because I had already given him 50$ for a deposit which would also go to the repair. Before I left I asked him how long it might take to fix and he told me 1 week so I said ok. One week and one day goes by and he has yet to call me to tell me what is wrong with the tv so I call them and ask where is my tv the woman who answered the phone ask me my name and I told her so she goes to find my tv and she cant find it then I teller how they were supposed to call me before repairs and they never did then she tells me one tech is out fixing tv and that the other one is MIS ( missing in action) so I say ok I'll call back tomorrow. So a day goes by and I call back and the same lady who has absolutely no clue about the tvs answers the phone and ask me my name and I tell her I called yesterday and she said she remember then she puts me on hold for dam near 10 minutes and tell me she can't find my tv and that the techs are not in so I told here to have the techs give me a call . So a few more day goes by and I finally get a call and they tell me that they had put some else's name on my tv are you kidding my wow so I tell fix my tv and calm me when it is ready to be picked up so a few more days goes by and finally after two weeks I can now pick up my tv oh and that will be 383$ dollars please no discount or anything what a joke I will never be going back again and I will never refer anyone to these...
Read moreEarly June 2021 I stopped by the TV Specialty Store on River Road to inquire about installing a ceiling mount for our television and adding an upgrade to a sound bar. The guy in the office tried to discourage me by indicating that their price would be expensive. I was able to convince him price was not our first concern and to send a salesman to our home anyway. Their guy Tim Spenser showed up late. We discussed the job and he took some notes. Promising to send us a proposal in a week. After a month had passed we called the store to inquire if they were still interested in our job. We immediately received an incomplete proposal. After noting the error Tim sent a corrected proposal. Stupidly I agreed to go forward. Tim indicating his installer was on vacation and he would schedule the job upon his return. Well, that was 5 months ago. Never hear from them again. What a blessing that was. We called BRADFORDS in Eugene Their guy came exactly as scheduled promptly sent a quote and professionally installed the job at 2/3 of the cost.

It is SO rare that I find a company that I trust and that I truly believe they are there for the customer. Providing customer service businesses as well as I am self-employed-- I learned and really greatly appreciate the extra effort they went to help me out. It is hard for a business to care for every customer in that manner-- but they truly do it. Happy to have met a business so inclusive and customer driven. You should never ever question them. They are the most honest, straight-forward and genuine TV specialty shop you can imagine. I will always refer all of my future customers and real estate customers to always contact them for any issues. I am beyond happy that I discovered this store-- it is so rare you get this kind of service. Trust, quality, efficiency, care and kindness is what you will get from them. Don't second guess it-- just call them. Best decision I ever made. They are officially in my phone book....
