Sheldon Plaza — Local services in Eugene

Typical convenient Safeway store Plaza, with a few different shops to go with it. Nice little Jasper's right in the middle in case you have a gambling ich. Safe area all around. Safe enough I use to walk 7 blocks too and from at all hours of the day and night with no more than a "bum a smoke" type bum or usually a couple legit down and out homeless folks who mind there business unless you're kind enough like me to buy them a meal or give some change. All in all, I enjoy the neighborhood, and this place is rather convenient for basic and a few...

The parking lot sucks but the offerings are good! The tunnel leading to the State Farm and Sheldon Plaza Barbershop looks dingy and dark but you never feel unsafe at any of the locations. The highlight feature is certainly the library which is one of my favorite locations, second only to Downtown. The local McDonalds and Safeway get swarmed by high school students on school days, so beware when parking as you don't want to end up with one under...

Safeway - Poor management. Took trash cans away from in front of the store, and now the trash is starting to pile up all around the strip mall 🙄

Barber Shop - inconsistent hours and rude staff

Rite-aid - rarely has the medications you need, and pretty much only sells beer.

Library - pretty good

Tararin - best business in the strip mall!

Liquor store - Awesome!

Jasper's - eh 🤷

Papa Murphy's - Super Awesome!

Mcd's - like any other...
