I have only done take out so service and atmosphere I don’t have comments for. The food however… the food is fantastic every dang time. My go to is the snow crab bag with corn, potatoes and egg. I get fries and they are good but I don’t eat all of them and you get a lot.
Rating of one star is because something has changed since the first time I went. They used plastic bags at first. Not good but could get worse. Which they did. Now it’s a basic cooler bag. Are they really needed? Sure ppl can reuse them but if you get one every time you go that’s a lot of cooler bags (unless customers remember to use them again and we’re all are working on that). But these bags… majority of them could/will end up in landfills within a month of purchase. Be better than the big corporations and take account of how the product you put out should/will be delt with after use. Paper bags can insulate just as well, especially long enough to get the takeout home…. In a town that takes about 15-20 to get anywhere.
Be better than majority of business selling physical items. Every price of trash in landfills was once manufactured, sold and tossed. Even when selling food. Your bags of delicious food already come in a clear plastic bag, that’s enough.

Read moreI’ve been to this seafood spot several times, and the food was just as amazing as always. We ordered two of the #4 combos, each with different spice levels and a couple of extra add-ons, and everything came out perfectly. The flavors were on point, and the seafood was fresh—exactly what we’ve come to expect from this place.
However, the service was a bit off this time. Our server seemed a little too focused on commenting on our order. He mentioned multiple times how much food we had and even made a point to walk over, look at the food, and say, “Not gonna say anything,” as if trying to make a joke. After the fifth time he made a remark like this, it felt less like playful banter and more like a bit of rudeness. It honestly took away from the experience, and we felt like we were being judged for our choices, which wasn’t necessary.
Overall, the food still shines, but I hope the staff can be a bit more mindful of how they interact with guests in the future. A little less commentary and a bit more attention to customer experience would...
Read moreThis place is exactly what you expect from a Crab boil place, plus a little more. For starters, the service was great. Our waitress was super friendly and knowledgeable. The food was very good and everyone left stuffed. Even those of us that didn't have the crab boil got huge portions. There was even a food delivery robot that sang happy birthday. The robot and the waitess misgendered the birthday boy, but I understand that people feel awkward asking for preferred pronouns. That wasn't enough to keep us from going back but there was one thing that might. There was an employee lurking and it was very creepy. Sometimes he was only a few feet away and sometimes he was across the restaurant but he was always watching. At first I thought he was a busser looking to remove dishes but he never did that. It was weird enough that everyone in our party eventually noticed and commented. I did get a picture of him. I don't know I'd he was trying to watch out for dine and dashers or what but he's the reason this place didn't get 5 stars. It was...
