Stoneleaf At Eustace — Local services in Eustace

Two different families that are friends of ours asked our opinion about these apartment homes. These families had a couple of children. Unfortunately I couldn't recommend these apartment homes for them, mainly because they had children. Do not let the playground equipment and the nice sidewalks deceive you. These apartments are not child friendly. Infact, they are filled with so many evil spirited people who are filled with hate. Our experience was awful. My daughter and granddaughter lived there for a very short time and literally had to break the lease due to so much harassment against them. We did not feel safe leaving them there. My granddaughter literally couldn't play outside with her basketball. We had a neighbor yelling things out to us constantly and always harassing my husband and I for being over at the apartment where my granddaughter and daughter lived. I took my granddaughter to school, by the way, so yes, I was over there often. This infuriated the neighbor tremendously. She pushed me so far one day that I literally lost all my senses and showed the ugliest side of me that I didn't know existed. I knew right then that I had to get our girls and move away from there. I mean, what did they expect? Don't mess with my daughter or granddaughter. The management at Stone leaf apartments in Eustace doesn't do anything about the ones who are doing the harassment. So here's my review. You have been warned. Stone leaf apartments! Take your playground equipment down. You're deceiving families with children. This is an old folks home filled with evil hearted old people who hate children and other people. They aren't happy unless they are bit*hing...

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Property manager does nothing to keep this place safe and allows bullies who live there to harass tenants and children. If you need something fixed, you will be waiting months before it gets fixed and then they will make you pay for it. If you have children do not move here. It took exactly 1 week from applying to be approved and we moved in the same day of approval. I haven’t experienced what other people have said about not being kid friendly.
