We love steak however, we live on a budget. Although I cannot personally afford most cuts they offer, just one sirloin for roughly $11 is enough to feed both me and my son. Even my 12 yo. raved about the difference in flavor. Tender, juicy, flavorful! We often make a trip to the Corsicana HEB to purchase our meats but after our visit to HRL, they will now be our go to for anything beef.

High quality meat! We have loved everything we have purchased from HLR beef! When I cook the ground the fat is clear and you do not have the sludge you get from store bought beef. And you can't compare to the fresh clean taste of this beef. We have also tried a brisket which came out so tender and juicy and a pot roast which shredded perfectly and was delicious. I always thought all beef tasted the same until I tried HLR Beef Shop! The taste is far superior to anything you can find at grocery stores like Walmart, HEB, or Kroger.
