really very very delicious.. but I want to tell you something that happened to me, and I don't want my comment to affect anyone. I have bought food here many times, the sweet tea is delicious and there are some super friendly people, but today something strange happened to me. I arrived, I was there for about 50 seconds and when I saw that no one appeared, it occurred to me to use my clauson but nothing aggressive, a little push and a guy came out, I really didn't understand if he was aggressive or what his role was, saying that I shouldn't use my car clauson to call him. I told him I was sorry that I thought no one was there and he said I'm serious, I don't want you to do it again and I don't want you to come back😅., I understand that the day is hot but it's not that bad. but like I said, the food is delicious and one person makes...

Tried smoked chicken and sliced beef brisket. The chicken was dry...not really dry, but not the moist kind that makes you want to eat it all as fast as you can. Flavor of smoke was present, but needed to drink something with it. (Need to do beer can chicken - keeps the meat moist..love another BBQ place that does it that way.). Really liked the brisket, but was not cut across the grain on some of it. So it would pull apart...just not as easy as you think it would. Just a small adjustment on turning the grain..it would have been a great meal. Try this place. It has some good BBQ, but it doesn't compete with the Lockhart's famous Texas BBQ places or Austin's..yet. 4...

I was in Eustace for 3 weeks attending the Rv school. Everyone there was bragging about the Roping Steer BBQ and I was looking for a good Texas BBQ joint. I stopped there on a Friday after class and told them I was from Michigan and what I was looking for and boy did they deliver. Their food was amazing. The cowboy beans, Ribs, Jalapeño sausage, Brisket sandwich, and mac and cheese were the best food I have ever had from a BBQ joint in a long time.
