United States Postal Service — Local services in Eustace

It's really not fair that I rate the Eustace Post Office with only 2 stars, because over all the years we have lived here (25)we have had above 5 star service. Now with the new carrier I ordered a Water pond lettuce live plant. On the box in bright red letters it states Do No Place In Hot Mailbox, Place In Shade Area Our carrier put the plant in the very hot mail box, I have a metal stand that says please place package here. The man this morning was very rude. I was the first one there and needed one stamp. He came in the office and asked what I needed them grunted. I asked him if he was having a bad day already and he said "no, I have stuff to do back there and I had to come up here for ONE stamp, my first sell of the day is ONE stamp". He then told me how much, having to run back and get more change. When I came back inn he said "takes 20 steps to come in here to sell ONE stamp, hope you have a nice day". The lady inside there short curly brown hair with glasses is very rude! I'm just trying to get my mail sorted out and come up there with my ID like the other people told me to do to confirm it cause I can't on my end due to not receiving my letter. She was very loud with me and acted like she didn't want to hear me or believe me. HORRIBLE customer service!
