WARNING!! WARNING!! WARNING!! I wish I could leave ZERO stars! People! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS! Even if you have to drive on your rims to go the extra mile. DO IT! David charged my wife almost $200 dollars for 2 used tires that he stated were in great condition.(WRONG) 2 days after purchasing the tires he had to patch because of a small hole in the tire due to a very small nail. No problem let’s fix it. We took the car to take 5 to balance the air pressure because the back tires were getting low. Take 5 said the 2 back tires (that we had just replaced by Eustace tire shop) needed to be changed asap and would not pass inspection. Immediately upon leaving take 5 I called David immediately at Eustace tires and told them what take 5 had just told me. David stated they are just trying to sell you something else. “The tires are fine” David said. A week goes by and the car is very bouncy. I looked at the tires and the driver side tire is cracking on the side wall close to the rim. I called David and he said to take it somewhere else and get another tire because he didn’t have any. we took it to another tire shop and they had to replace the tire. When they removed the tire it blew up on them. The other tire shop told me to come look and he showed me where the tire popped on him.(keep In mind this guy doesn’t know where these tires even came from) He said that the tire is very old and dry rotted. we drove off and the bouncing was still there. I turned around thinking maybe it was just a balance issue. Nope. The other tire that was patched by Eustace tire had bursted and the threads were sticking out of the tire. So both tires that David sold us were both bad and should have never been sold in the first place. I called David and told him what they said and he again said “don’t listen to them they are just trying to make a sale” i told David that I would just like my money back. He said they can’t give me my money back because the government won’t let them warranty used tires. Not sure how true that is… he then said that he would give me $150 dollars in credit for tire patches. After his just blew out. I told him I thanks. I’m good. I will not do business with them ever again. EVER! They are crooks. Please be careful if you are considering them.

Had some crazy noises going on in my car for about 3 days. Thought maybe I needed new breaks After 3rd day of the noise getting worse was headed to my daughters softball game in eustace and thought.. I better get this checked out. Found Eustace tire shop still open close to 6pm on a Friday. The owner David assisted me. I explained my issue and he examined my car until he found the problem. When he found the problem he started shaking his head saying oh my gosh, oh my gosh. My back wheel was wobbling away. Wheel bearing broken shattered I’ve been driving that thing for three days back-and-forth to Dallas to work myself and my daughters are very lucky. David then told me I was gonna need a mechanic. I said there’s no mechanic this late. He stayed there after hours for over 3 hours helping me replace the wheel bearing until I got fixed. Didn’t complain. Just genuinely caring and helpful. I told David that this tire shop will be the only tire shop I use on Cedar Creek Lake from now on. Thank you David we...

Eustace Tire Shop is the worst tire store I have ever heard of.. Never heard of a tire being warranted by years instead of mileage. Had a complete set of tires less than a yr, with less than 16,000 miles on them and the center of the rear tires are completely wore out!! He wouldn’t warranty them cause they were a yr old. Also, wouldn’t even look at them!! Tires were obviously defective for them to wear like this. Unwilling to help unless you are purchasing new tires!! If I could I would give this...
