City of Evans Recreation — Local services in Evans

I am not trying to be mean but stuffs at Gym center are so rude, mean, racist, crude every impossible mean words describe them. Even tho Evans gyms provided volleyball as part of the game that people can come and play inside the game as a team. Stuffs are not welcoming us, instead they always kick us out. We called first to get the space and they agreed that we can use one side of the gym to play as long as we got 6 people but then they kick us out, as soon as we got there. Whenever we got there after the calls, they always says there are people in there but we reserved the space and we came with team and we do play the cost. They let guys that came after us to use the gym but not us. It's not the first time that we got kicked out, it's been more than 5 times already.. The way they treat us is so indescribable. Even tho we are not the same ethnicity as them, they should not treat us like that. We are people with feelings, how will they will if someone treat them the way they treat us. Brought the kids to their Holiday event tonight which was a very nice by the way, it’s a free event for the kids in the community. But the OLD lady at the face painting station was very rude around closing time. There was probably about five more kids in line to get their face painted that have been waiting for about 40 minutes or so, and at 8 PM on the dot she said we have a hard close at 8 PM. Well they could’ve told us that 40 minutes ago .. the rest of the kids in line started crying and she said that’s it very abruptly . Meanwhile all the other stations made sure that all the kids were takin care of b4 they actually closed. It was very rude of her, but besides that everyone else was so nice and sweet to the kids! Great place to work out, it is clean and the staff are very friendly! There's plenty of equipment for use, and it's kept in good working order. This is an awesome place for residents. The locker rooms are very safe and clean too. The staff has been very good about opening on time, I have a great time working out here! Update: they have moved most of the cardio equipment and there is a lot more room in the weight machine area, I think it works out good for me, thanks!
