Heritage Inn — Hotel in Evans

So where do I begin with my review the only reason why I put one star because there's not even an option to have no stars at all maybe even minus the rooms are dirty disgusting and filthy the hot tub didn't work the showers were dirty on top of the mirror with the light bulbs where there was nothing but cobwebs there was no air conditioning in the middle of the summer we're talking about in July we were like literally thinking about just leaving the door open who cares if we were safe or not it was so hot there's no windows in the casino room we ask the front desk could you please get up or even get a free room we just needed help as far as to stay cool we were told to go back to my rooms because the owners would think that we were doing drugs we started recording from there because that was just weird so we decided to go ask somebody else that was smoking a cigarette that happens to be the groundskeeper for the place we told my situation he tells us to hold on after his figure him to go check for the fan he leaves we were literally out there probably for 45 minutes at 2:30 in the morning the guy never comes back the guy that was told told we was told that the guy that told us to wait to bed so talk about bad and lame customer service so we went back to the room they down the bed I started to feel itchy my husband turns on the light we pull back the covers there was I'm talking about old toenail clippings on the bed little tiny hairs that they obviously were pubic hairs because let's get realistic adults we all know the difference between how a pubic hair looks like and the head the hair on your head so the next morning we could have came we were promised a complimentary breakfast I mean that's what the website says right so we get up we go look to the little area we're talking about a half gallon of orange juice not even in the picture just there in the gallon that you buy three Bagels that was still in the package looks like the apples are good bicycle soft there was two apples 1 orange and a banana and there was a deep rock water jug I was at least hoping to get some water but oh my gosh it was already they didn't fill my cup Half Way full so then I ask the customer service guy at the desk I said you guys have another wire drug his answer was I don't know shrug your shoulders and that was the end of conversation he did not say article look he did not do nothing about it we asked him can we have until he literally goes to back of the desk says oh I haven't filled it yet it has my husband that's how unprofessionally just like that smile so we told him it was still hot in the room he said you know what you should do that have them before going to the room take off the the cover of the air conditioner blow on it cuz it's probably dirty and filthy because I've had to do it we said no I'm not going to leave the desk I'm not going over there in your room but that's funny because every time we were looking for him to do things and ask about the fat or though the pump for the hot tub he was downstairs doing something with some other guy so you want to think that he can't do his job but yet do other things other things like extracurricular activities all I'm saying is are stay there was horrible disgusting waste of money very dissatisfied and I discourage anyone from stepping foot in there to ask for directions for another hotel don't even do that stay away from that place they're rude they don't know how to run a hotel and that place to be boarded up because that place is not even seating any of...

This place is disgusting. The girls that work there are very rude. When we asked about a smoking room, (i smoke marijuana medically) she gave me attitude and HARD judgement when sayin they dont rent smoking rooms to people with small children. SO SHE KNEW I had them. Very poor maintenance. ABSOLUTELY NO HOT WATER. For almost 5 weeks. Couldnt wash bottles or dishes. One of the girls that works there actually came into my work and had me give her a free shower (which I can get into trouble for). When we first checked in, the room they gave us hadn't even been cleaned or serviced yet. So they gave us another room. The latches and locks were broken, so we couldnt lock our door. (Problem when having a 3 year old) The table in this room was broken, 3 of the legs weren't attached, just propped up. This table fell on top of my 3 year old. It took them almost a week to even remove the broken one, let alone bring a different one. When they finally did, they took it, put some screws and brought it back. There was mice and mice feces ALL OVER our room. Mouse feces falling from the vent in ceiling in the bathroom. Both of my children got sick almost immediately, 3 days into staying with upper respiratory infections and I caught a nasty virus also. This has been reported by our doctors to health department. When I called personally to complain and ask for mouse traps and to have a service done on our room to clean up the feces, I was told to ask housekeeping for cleaning supplies to do it myself. Exact words. And they still thought it okay to rent these rooms at full price. We stayed there for almost a full 5 weeks as things have been tight trying to get into a place. My husband posted a bad review on Google about a week or so into our stay (4/27). Yesterday (5/26) she knocked on my door and said "I needed to let you know were moving you rooms. I just saw his Google review and we work closely with cps and if they find out your in a room with mice they'll take your babies. And when you guys broke the desk, we were in the middle of changing matenence people so that's why it took so long" she was rude and short. Wasnt understanding at all and blamed us for breaking their stuff, on top of threatening me with cps for being in a room SHE PUT US IN. I think it is beyond bullcrap that it took a bad review on Google over a personal complaint to get her attention and take ANY sort of action. Definitely NOT worth over 400 a week. Made me feel horrible about all of it. I had one of the other guests tell my husband and I when talking to him about it to ask for a discount, saying all he did was "sweeten her up with a little bud" and she gave him a discount. If I could give them zero stars I would. The new management of this run down Hotel use to ran the Highway motel in Loveland. They don't have any customer service skills. Their kids are running around the front the hotel all hours of the night. I rented a room here because it was the only one available around. They said we will rent you the Under the Sea room for $91. So we took it. The minute I walked into the dark mildew smelt room I should of walked out. My husband said just give a chance. I looked around the room that looked like a 4 year old designed it. I found pubic hairs in the bath tub and hot tub. There was so much dust on the table I could write my name in it. The microwave was on top of a 5 gallon bucket full of trash. The carpeted bed that was in the shape of a boat, had so much trash and marijuana all over it. I walked out after being in the room for 30 minutes and told them I couldn't stay there because how dirty and nasty it was. They called the owners in because obviously neither one if them know how to run a business. And told us that they couldn't give us our money back. It made me upset but I was just glad I didn't have to stay in that room. So we desided to try it one more time. Called and talked to a man and he said that they had one double bed room left. I even told them that I was the one that rented the under the sea room and didn't like it and asked him if this was a normal room. He said yes. And laughed about it. I got there and the lady that doesn't know how to even take care of her kids. Had the nerve to tell me they couldn't rent to me cuz I didn't like the room last time and walked out. Mind you they kept all my money for the room an I was their for 30 min. SO THEY CAN TAKE MY MONEY AND NOT EVEN HAVE ME STAY IN THE ROOM AND NOW REFUSE MY BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY CAN RUN A HOTEL. YOU HAVE ALOT TO LEARN.
