If I could give a higher rating, I would. Bought a splitting maul, and after 2 swings, the handle snapped due to a manufacturing defect. Ted offered to swap it out on the spot, when he didn't have any, gave me a handle for free when I stated I'd be fine swapping it out. The employees have spent 10 to 15 minutes with me before making sure the two screws I was buying would work, he has the knowledge he needs to help you out, and the personality to know when you want to shop alone or need the help. I always try to shop small businesses when I can, but even if I didn't, his and his staff's knowledge and helpfulness make his slightly higher prices on some items worth going to, even if Menards or Home Depot were to open up...
