Although I am giving 5 stars we did have a very rude encounter with one of the employees who has brown hair and a candle business :(

I visited the store on Saturday, February 19th. I had a large group with me to watch me try on wedding dresses and the store was pretty busy already! So I do understand that the girl may have been flustered and overwhelmed. She was not only rude to me but to my sisters and other family members.

I was already very overwhelmed with the whole experience, but the comments that were made to us made me feel even more uncomfortable. Some of my family were told that they were in the way and in the busiest part of the store (it was packed so honestly it was hard to get around regardless.)

She did get me a bridal suite so I was very thankful for that. I only tried on four dresses but she repeatedly came up to me and asked if I found the dress I wanted. It made me feel very pressured and overwhelmed and finally my friend had to stand up for me and tell her something and then she backed off.

She was very helpful in taking the dresses out of the room for us but at one point it came down to my top two dresses and she ended up putting the other dress back on the rack. We were told “well I asked if it was a maybe dress and no one answered.” I didn’t even hear her ask and so much was going on, but she didn’t stop to ask me personally - the bride.

After I picked my dress I went to check out and she marketed her candle business to me… I thanked her for all of her help.

The best part was when a sweet blonde girl came to help, she had blue eyes! She was so sweet and excited for me and took a bunch of photos of me and my family! We are very grateful for her!

Again, the store was busy so with a large group coming in I understand it is frustrating, but it’s left a bad mark on my day of finding my wedding dress.

Regardless of that experience, everyone was helpful and I will definitely be back, y’all have unbeatable prices and so many dresses to choose from! I just think it was a busy day!...

This shop has a wide variety of dresses in a range of sizes for reasonable prices. Honestly I would give it a 5 for the dress selection. However the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. tl:dr owner was rude, berated employees, and made us feel rushed

There were two ladies working when my sister and I went in to look at wedding dresses. I believe one of them was the owner. We were not greeted when we came in however another pair of ladies who came in a few minutes after us was and then almost aggressively followed around the store being repeatedly asked what they were looking for and were not left alone to browse at all. I found two dresses to try on, one of them being very unique unlike anything I had seen so far at other bridal shops. Originally the other girl working started to help me get into a fitting room but then the owner came over and mostly took over. The owner spent the entire time berating the other employee saying she was new and didn't know what she was doing. She was even giving her a hard time about putting a dress back on a hanger. I felt very rushed the entire time I was in the fitting room. I had barely picked up the first dress when the owner was asking me if I was ready yet. One of the dresses I tried on was slightly too large and when the owner went to clip it on me the clip immediately fell off and she just walked away away. After trying on both dresses, I was interested in purchasing the unique one and was trying to get a better look at the inside of the dress to see what alterations might be possible. I did bridal alterations for several years and had mentioned that. The owner snatched the dress out of my hands and told me it just wouldn't be possible. I said something about being disappointed because I had been really interested in that one. I guess after realizing that I might have bought it she immediately back tracked and started going on about how oh you could do this or you could do that. I had an incredible experience here yesterday! I'm originally from Owensboro but currently live in Chicago, IL with my future husband. When visiting home for Thanksgiving I decided I wanted to take the opportunity to go try on wedding dresses with my mom (and hopefully find something for less than the crazy Chicago prices). Being the budget conscious person I am I decided I really wanted to try to find a second hand dress at a consignment shop. Enter AnnaLe's! The sales staff was all very kind. They allowed my mother and I to browse the racks to our heart's content and when I tried on dresses I was helped to get them fully zipped/tied/buttoned so I could really get the full idea of what the dress looks like on my body. When I was stuck between two dresses the consultant helped me out with her very honest and very welcome opinion on which she preferred. She was SO right. I ended up walking out with my dream dress that just so happened to be on sale for 50% off.

I could not have asked for a better experience. All of the dresses in this store seemed to be in excellent condition. Many of them, including mine, were labeled as brand new (meaning they came directly from a bridal shop instead of from a bride). I can tell the staff is very choosy about what they take in. While I was there I overheard a conversation between an employee and a customer on the phone where the employee said they require that items be cleaned/pressed/etc before they'll take them in.
