I went into Aaron's to start a tv rental, I filled everything out and the manager came over to me to sign the contract at which time he informed me to when my purchase would be delivered that was on a Thursday. It was to be delivered to my home on Saturday by 1:00 in the afternoon. Well just after 8 am on Saturday I got a call from them telling me I don't answer my phone when the called the day before and that my reference don't answer their phone when they call. I informed them that my call log never got a call from them, and I checked with my references and the also never got a call from them. When the person at the store called me and I informed him about I received no call from them he said I called him a liar which I never did. If this is the way I was treated I can only imagine how they treat others. No I decided not to get the tv nor will I ever get anything from this place. By the way they are Changing their Name so be sure to check on other places...

They will not honor any agreements with you. They say one thing and 1 hr later they are calling and harassing you.

They kept charging my card and every time it declined it charges me. I told them to please stop as it's running my over draft up. They said they can't do anything about it even though AUTOPAY IS OPTIONAL. They require a card even if you only pay cash. Ended up with $60 offer drafted. They said they would give me a free payment as that's my usual and nope next day wanted it back. So now im out $60 and the stuff i was getting. This is my first time ever being late. They care only about getting it back to resell and WILL NOT LET YOU CONTINUE WHERE YOU LEFT OFF ON WHAT YOUR PAYING ON SO ONCE THEY TAKE IT AND HAVE IT 2 DAYS, YOUR AGREEMENT VOIDS OUT.
