This was a complete 180° experience from how it was here 6 months ago (standing in a line of angry people for 10+ minutes waiting on THE rudest man to take his sweet time doing a lot of nothing good, I'm sure!... I literally brought in nail clippers/file in my pocket today because I expected more of this standing and waiting and I noticed a snag in my nail on my way there) to INSTANTLY in and out with a smile 💕 like MAGIC! 🌈 Thanks for making positive changes from the previous negative feedback! I have run into several problems with obtaining prescriptions via this particular pharmacy. Regardless of my physician calling multiple times for refills, they have claimed several different times of not receiving information or calls. Also, their personal website claims pharmacy is open at 6am. When going there, is clearly closed. Multiple sites state different times. Please fix this issue and organize a better method of receiving physician refill requests. Also, the drive through pick up and drop off is nothing short of horrendous. My name is Walter Everett. Since CVS has taken over the pharmacy in the local Schnucks store that we frequent, I find the CVS pharmacy understaffed. Often the pharmacist is the only person in the shop. That causes delays in serving the customer. It takes the pharmacist away from their professional work of filling prescriptions.Often the pharmacy telephone rings the entire time I am at the pharmacy because no staffer, nor pharmacist has the time to answer it.
