I’m a regular costumer with them, I went to this location because I was on this side of town and normally shop at the Newburgh location. I bought a $55 deposable and trusted that it worked and was fine, started walking out the door and noticed it was leaking out of the bottom, immediately went back in and said something, the guy was very rude about it and seemed like he didn’t know what he was talking about. Anytime I had a problem at the other location they addressed it no problem! He tried saying he don’t know if it was swapped when clearly it was still full just had all the liquid coming out. I ended up having to spend another $55 and buy another one! Not saying they’re a bad company I personally know the owner and grew up with his nephew, just bad consumer service after spending that much. Might start looking for another company to use. Highly disappointed…. Edit: owner fixed the issues and will be back. Again nothing against the company just bad customer service from the employee...

I've been purchasing here for about a year. I've never actually weighed the product and just trusted the shop keeps. Last week I got a scale, I weighed the product and it was short from what was advertised. Today I told the shop keeper and they immediately got defensive and told me I was wrong. They didn't offer to show me the weight with their scale, only told me I was wrong. If I am wrong then fine, no problem. If a customer comes to you with a concern though, should you not help resolve it even if it is just showing them your process? I've spent around $200-$400 a month here. I will be taking that somewhere else now because I felt massively disrespected over something that could have been...

AMAZING!!! I suffer from chronic back pain, migraines, depression, and anxiety. I have been wanting to try CBD oil for quite some time, but was hesitant. My massage therapist asked how I felt about CBD oil and I told her that I have been wanting to try it, so she massages me with the massage oil from here. I finally went in today and bought some massage oil and the 1200mg Tincture, I was starting to get a migraine so I took the oil and an hour later I notice it fading away and without having to take my migraine meds...I was in awww!!!
