Evergreen Food Store — Local services in Everett

I'm really disappointed in this store lately, I've been shopping here for a year and a half and I thought I was a good customer almost shopping daily for lottery tickets and groceries, the other day I sent my girlfriend there to buy a pack of smokes and some lottery tickets she had my debit card and walked there and my debit card was locked she asked if they had a phone if she could use it for 1 minute to tell me to unlock my card, the guy that opens the store normally said that she couldn't use there phone this was at 8:30 am at this point she could have waited tell 9:00 and went next door to zakes smoke shop and saved at least a couple bucks so she walked back home and walked back to this store to buy that stuff, what a jerk of an employee or maybe even the owner i wish she would have told him shove it where the sun don't shine im going to have to re- think about whether I'm going to continue shopping there and its not just this incident I also had problems there with a another worker there all of the workers are of Asian decent maybe family i don't say that because I have a problem with asians because I like everyone of every race it's some Asians i think don't like americans is why they treat some of us this way i tried buying lottery tickets at before closing quite a few times and the man said the machine is shut down at 8:40 pm and i couldn't buy any tickets there this workers only there a couple nights a week, I buy tickets all the time there from the other guy that works 5 days a week and closes he sells me tickets every time im in there at 8:57 pm or whatever time it is never ever heard him say machine shuts down at 8:40 hes a very nice guy and that other jerk i was talking about also wouldn't let me buy anything else because I only had a fifty dollar bill and he couldn't take it I spend 50.00 bills there regularly so instead i went to safeway and spent my fifty dollar bills they take them and they like them just fine he was just being a jerk, theres many other incidents at this store i have had also and for the lottery tickets for them selling some big winners there I haven't won anything over a 75.00 scratch ticket and spent a hell of a lot more money im there then that so I'm not sure I would consider this a good place to buy lottery tickets anyway if you want to win, unless your really lucky or fill lucky like i have felt lucky and I've won nothing there i don't think I will continue shopping here because I think they may not like us or maybe its...

I would really love to give this store a higher rating. Most of the people are very friendly and inviting but it's the, IDK if price gouging is the correct word to use? Its the only word that comes to mind when I realized they charge .20 freaking cents for a bag, and a small bag at that!! Paying for bags is already angering enough after buying inflated goods and groceries, but attempting to make money off the bags disgusts me! I price checked these bags to see how much they are and mind you they're recyclable plastic not the bio degradable one's like Safeway has but they post between .02 nd .07 ea and charge .20! it's not alot of money, I understand that.
