Horrible place with super rude staff. I’ve moved around this place 2 weeks ago and tried them out on my second day was not happy. Nothing particular just expensive, my cigarettes came to $10+ while they are 8 everywhere else. However expensive doesn’t m an bad so I stoped by today again and the Asian man working today was super rude. I came in with my handicapped brother in a chair and my kid in a stroller. The man behind the stand told me to close the door!!! Seriously??? Maybe u should be a gentleman and hold the door that would be much nicer. Whatever I am not complaining about that’s. At the check out they charged me 60 cents for a card transaction after I’ve spend $24+. No one changes transaction fee unless u bought less than $5. So I asked “ you charge me transaction fee even after I’ve spend $24 ?” He said yes. I told him you already charge so much if you continue no one will be here. I am a close neighbor of this store, myself and many in my community keep this business going. Not only do the little ‘tattoo’ machines take children’s money with no tattoos but when you approach them they yell and scream with small kids present. He made me aware that they do not own the machine, but handling an issue with professionalism would have been ideal, especially in front of a child(or simply returning 2 quarters out the kindness of his heart) I have never met business owners and employees so disrespectful to their customer base. Instead of being calm and professional he made a scene in front of atleast 4 customers. Now this is not the first time this has happened. Well I’ve been going here since I was a little boy and I gotta say the store is quite useful. But now since they have new owners I don’t feel the same way going there. They up the prices way too much and they do it because they know they can get away with it. A small pack of doughnuts is $2.00 it’s insane. Everything is honestly overpriced and I don’t go there anymore unless I really have to. They get enough business I just don’t understand why up the prices makes everyone not wanna go there as much as they do. Really sad how things are at that store and I’ve always wanted to give them advice but I know they wouldn’t listen because they still get business.
