They cheated me out of my money.

I ordered Chicken Chow Mein. When I got home, I found they had forgotten to put chicken in it. When I called, they said they would replace it for free. I was already in my online class, so I told them when I could be in. They said that was fine and they would see me then. A half hour later, the manager called me and said they would ONLY give me $2.00 for screwing up my order. When I got there, they only gave me $1.00.

As everyone knows, if an establishment screws up, it is common courtesy to fix it. If they had overcharged me for the item I ordered, this would have been acceptable. However, this was not the case. They messed up the item ordered. They are supposed to make it right. Not change their promise to reconsile multiple times in order to make a profit.

I have been to this place twice now, the latest today. My first trip was great. Fast service, great food and a good deal all around. Today, not so much... I waited at least 15 minutes for my food although it wasnt busy. I had ordered a large salad because I'm pregnant and have been craving that salad forever and the chicken breast teriyaki. The salad I got that I paid extra for was only the tinest bit bigger than the salad that generally comes with the teriyaki. I got back to work and went to eat my teriyaki and it had a filmy cream colored sauce on it. It completely soaked the rice below it and made it quite mushy.. So.. Now I'm left hungry and unsatisfied. If it wasn't for the first trip there.. I would have rated it lower but I'm hoping this was just a bad day for them and a wasted...

I would like to preface this by saying I am not a local; I come up from Florida 1-2 times a year to see my girlfriend. I took her here about a year or two ago for lunch and we make it a point to come back every time I'm around. This means that we only come in to eat every 6-8 months at best, and yet without missing a beat the owner recognizes us every time.

That alone is reason enough for me to want to keep coming back, but the establishment really speaks for itself. Good food, clean place, friendly staff, and quick service. I've never regretted stopping by and continue to look forward to when I get to snag a bite here, and it remains one of the...
