My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Morning Star Jewelers. I absolutely love my ring! The owner spent several hours with my fiancé teaching him about diamonds and helping him pick the perfect stone. A week after our engagement, we went back to the shop to get the ring sized. It just happened to be on the first day of their two week closing to remodel their store. As we were walking away, the owner unlocked the door and let us in. He remembered my fiancé and called him by name. The owner offered to resize my ring while we went grocery shopping. I was ecstatic. Not only did I not have to spend days without a ring while it got sized or wait two weeks to get it sized, it was finished within 30 minutes. The staff goes above and beyond. I brought in a gold ring that I was having an allergic reaction to and they did a detailed analysis of the ring under a microscope, and saw that there were porous elements on the inside of my ring created from the chlorine in my hot tub that was causing a reaction. They did an acid bath and cleaned and polished my ring really well overnight and it resolved all of my issues. They didn’t even charge me for this and gave me my wedding ring back next day. My wife has had her wedding ring for 46 years. It was really worn out. It has 6 garnets surrounding a diamond and fits into a stylized wedding band. John rebuilt the entire ring, replaced the worn garnets with a perfectly matched set. and restored the band. He promised me a beautiful piece of jewelry and did he ever deliver!
