Stopped by here last night and was very impressed. I love ramen. No, let's be clear, I LOVE ramen. I've easily tried a dozen+ ramen places throughout the area (by area, I mean broadly across Denver metro) in my quest for good ramen. My stand-by has always been Tatsu Izakaya, but man, that can be a haul from the west side. I tried Yama's tonkatsu ramen yesterday and I've found a new place to go for my fix. I saw one review that medium spice level was hot, so wasn't sure whether to go w/ hot or medium. Went w/ hot and was so glad I did. I didn't think it was bad and just a nice spice level (for reference, I'm a medium person at US Thai and hot here was definitely less than US Thai medium, IYKYK). Read moreRight off, you can't help but notice their atmosphere is beautiful, relaxing, and even romantic! As an appetizer we ordered the summer rolls, the peanut sauce was different and delicious. It tasted like it had a little bit of curry in it. The summer rolls themselves were very fresh and it was like having a salad wrapped in rice paper. I ordered the Tom yum ramen and my husband ordered the tonkatsu ramen, both were fresh and delicious! The food came out very timely, the service was impeccable. The cleanliness was immaculate, the bathroom was super clean! I love this place, I highly recommend coming here, if you don't come here it would be a mistake to pass it by! Not only that, to top it off the prices were awesome. Get here and support this...

Our server was semi formal in her interactions with us; it was great to see. The food was on point. I ordered the miso with beef. It was a mild miso which is perfect for Evergreen. the tatse was great. My girlfriend ordered sesame chicken. The breading was not flour but something else that stayed crispy even after we were done eating. It also tasted great. Prices were far better than majority of other Ramen places found around Golden, Lakewood, or Denver. Cost us $50 for two with...
