YAMA Ramen — Restaurant in Four Corners States

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. The sushi was warm and lacked flavor, and several items, including the soup, were clearly microwaved. As soon as we walked in, the music turned off, and all we could hear was the microwave beeping, which didn’t exactly build confidence in the food quality. I truly feel bad writing this because the two people working there were incredibly kind, but the food felt unsafe to eat due to questionable storage and serving temperatures. I hope they can make improvements, because the staff deserves better. I’m not sure where the other reviews came from but they cannot...

I've been here twice for the salmon bowl, and it was fresh and delicious both times. The staff is accommodating to those with allergies and very friendly. Both times, I stopped by in the afternoon, so I don't know how the staff or times are when the restaurant is full or under pressure. Each time I visited, I had timely service and the right amount of attentiveness. I'm so grateful this wonderful little place has opened up here. Evergreen has more options for eating out than other local mountain towns, but this is worth a stop in, especially for those hoping for a healthy...

We ordered dinner out here and were a little disappointed. The sushi was great but the ramen was so gross my husband would not eat it. It was pretty expensive and he said it tasted metallicy and there was very little meat and it was not good and was just very disappointed because he was really looking forward to finding a ramen spot he liked. I did enjoy the sushi though but if my husband can't find a dish that is good...
