I am extremely disappointed in my visit today. My wife and I are doing our oil changes and I called ahead to ask if this Oreileys would do an exchange for us. We had a month ago purchased a 5 QT container of motor oil of 5w-30. When we were doing the oil changes today we realized we needed 5W-20. I called ahead to Oreileys and asked ahead of time BEFORE driving to everson if we can make the exchange. A man on the phone confirmed and he was told over the phone that the container was opened but nothing was used.
After arriving at the Oreileys in Everson, a lady at the register informed us the exchange was not possible because the container was opened. This was super disappointing as a new container costs $30 + and we were told otherwise by her employee. She excused her rude behavior, and said my wording on the phone could have been taken multiple ways….what great customer service. I was clear the container was opened. This was a waste of time and frankly they acted like they...
Read moreWhen I ordered the trailer hitch, the first dude was awesome. Came back, then the other dudes lied to me saying that orielies doesn’t install it for anyone. (Though I know they have before recently). Then asked me to come back at another time later that day to get it installed by another person. So I did- third trip now there and many miles, lots of gas spent. I get there , and they said the dude would only do it if I payed him. And that they never installed a hitch for anyone before. I stood my ground on not paying for the installment, and so they tried finding reasons why I shouldn’t have gotten a discount on the hitch I already payed for. I had all my stuff from moving in my truck, and had to move stuff around to put it in the back, and the dude “helping” places it on my hunting bow. The workers today were so inconsiderate, lazy , and dishonest. I should at the very least be reimbursed for the gas I had to spend- that was...
Read moreI was so excited when I saw an O’reilly’s was being built in Everson because for years I’ve gone there for all my car needs. Today I went in to get a bulb for a headlight that was out on my SUV. When I walked in a young lady asked if I needed help. I gave her the basic info then she went out to my car to see which bulb I’d need. The car was off and she’s looking through the front end of my lights and then I popped the lid and she had no clue how to even pull out a headlight. We go back in and she asked if I knew what color packaging the bulb comes in and the price...basically had no clue what she was doing. The part that upset me is there were two other employees standing at the counter that could see and hear that she was having trouble and didn’t offer to help. I didn’t feel confident enough to buy a bulb from the store for obvious reasons. I’ll be supporting local and just go to True Value where people help and know what...
