If I could give no stars I would that’s just how bad my experience has been this far.
My family and visited the store on 11/4/20 where I ordered my living room and dining room set for my upcoming move. Paid in full and scheduled a delivery date for 11/28/20, in which the sales person promised it would be delivered. My parents also ordered furniture the same day for a future delivery.
On Monday, 11/23/20, I called to confirm that everything was set and scheduled for delivery for 11/28/20, he confirmed the same and advised the day before I can put my phone number in the “Track Your Delivery” function of the website and it would give me a time window of when my delivery is expected. In anticipation of receiving my new furniture, I discarded my old. The night before my scheduled delivery I put my phone number into “Track Your Delivery” and it could not find an order with my phone number.
Although I still assumed my delivery was on schedule (per my conversation on 11/23/20), I still stopped by the store the morning of 11/28/20 to check the status of my delivery. When I initially walked in and stated the nature of my visit without even confirming what customer/order I was, the rep pushed me off saying, “The truck was here and is headed out, the driver will call you when he is on his way to you.” I then asked for a time window and explained that I was unable to track my delivery for one on the website. I then showed him my receipt and he then went through 2 piles of invoices/order forms until he eventually found mine in the second one. He took a picture of it with my personal information on it and texted it to someone “higher up” (I have no idea who) to see what was going on with it. In the meantime, the rep I was dealing with at the store said he doesn’t know why my order wasn’t put into the system for delivery and then began to look stuff up on the computer. He then advised the sectional that came in was similar to mine but not what I had ordered, I asked when would mine be in, and he said he didn’t know and had to check. I asked if at least my dining room set that is in stock would be delivered that (11/28/20) and he said they didn’t put you into the system for an any deliveries for today. After confirming I was not receiving a damn thing as scheduled, he said he would look into my order and call me shortly but just to give him about 20mins or so. Since I was in the midst of moving, I left the store to go assist with unloading my stuff at my new place and waited for the store to call me with an update. That was 11/28/20 at around 11am and to date I have not received a call with an update or any information regarding my order that was to be delivered days ago.
Also, my family and I are now going without a place to sit or eat as I discarded my old furniture since I was given the stores word that the new furniture would come as scheduled. No one from the store ever called and told me my furniture would be delayed, not in stock, nothing...they just took my money and I have absolutely nothing to show for it and no indication of when I will. If they cannot get my furniture delivered to me soon, both my order and my parents order will be cancelled as we will not hesitate to take our business elsewhere.

Read moreI am absolutely upset that I spent my hard earned money with them and haven’t received any response from them. I have spent so much money in this store and still have furniture from them from over 4 years ago. The moment I have issues with their furniture, they don’t respond. Customer service is very important and if you treat your loyal customers in this manner, nothing good will come to you. I have attached each email I sent, this doesn’t include the the phone calls I have made. This is unacceptable for a company.

To whomever it may concern,
Good morning, this is about my fifth time contacting you all about the table set, 2 times by email and 3 times by phone. I have not yet received a response and now a chair has broken from the dining set. First the bench and now a chair. On both items it’s now clear that they weren’t screwed in all the way. The reason for me paying for delivery and installation is for the team to put it together correctly. As stated before I am a returning customer and never have this happen before. But this is absolutely unacceptable for a loyal customer to go through. No response or consideration. I will continue to reach out until this problem is solved.

Attached are pictures of the dining set I purchased. I’ve had it for a month now and when I finally sat on the bench, it immediately broke and I went falling to the ground. I have no kids or other adults in my home so I know there isn’t any excuse why this could happen. Not only that there is some spotting that is appearing on the table. Now I do not want a refund, just wanted to see if we can work out a plan to replace this item. Read morePlease don’t waste your money buying furniture here! I purchased a sofa and love seat for almost $1,000 and when I put it together I noticed it was defective. I immediately called the store it was told to email pictures to corporate which I did they followed up and agreed that it was defective and said they will send a new set out the following week. So when they finally arrived they didn’t have any furniture with them they claimed that the only furniture set just like the one that I purchased was a floor set. So it’s now February and I purchased this furniture in November and I’m still sitting on defective furniture. I called the store almost every week and get the runaround and then when I try and call corporate they do not answer. After about two months of trying they finally came out to my house I figured they would have the new furniture but they only come to inspect the furniture& this is after corporate already told me that the furniture was defective, now two months later they’re coming out to my house to check the furniture after I have sent tons of pictures and emails. The guy who answers the phone has the nerve to tell me that it’s the bosses decision about returns and exchanges.
