THEY DON’T MAKE RETURN , TAKE THIS INTO ACCOUNT We bought car chains in this place especially for a trip to the park, in case the weather gets bad. We didn’t need the chains, we didn’t even open them. On the way back, we stopped by the same store to return the goods, in a completely new, intact condition, to which the seller refused us and said that it did not matter that we did not use them and we have a receipt, since they do not have retail and they do not return. I don’t understand what the problem is with returning the chains even if you don’t have a return, because people in this place need chains every day and your goods will definitely not be lost. Especially if it is absolutely untouched and with a check. This was one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had! The bulb for one of my headlights burned out while I was on vacation and there are no automotive stores in the area. I went to the Three Rivers Mercantile and asked one of the gentlemen at the cashier's desk if they had an automotive section. Stopped for tire chains for a snowy trip into Sequoia National Park and my experience couldn’t have been better. A kind, young man was as helpful as you could be and the place felt homey like a place I’d be back in my hometown. The price to buy tire chains from this store was relatively close to the price of renting them from another spot so it was a easy choice to buy.
