I live in Omaha Nebraska and we have no fred myers jewelry repair and I had a very sentimental chain I had purchased from their with warranty. Gabriela made it super easy on me getting my chain sent out repaired cleaned and sent back super fast. I was worried but Gabriela made me feel like I was in good hands keeps in contact and gave updates when recieved fixed and sent out. She made it super easy and took a Lotta stress off of me in handling and taking care of this matter. I truly appreciate the great work she and her employes put into their job and the comfort in dealing and working with sentimental non replaceable merchandise. Well this visit was extremely disappointing. I waited there for 30 minutes for someone to help me and got no help at all. The one interaction I had with an employee was them directing me to a counter and then disappearing to help someone else. I then waited there for awhile longer and made eye contact with several people, and not one person came to help me. I understand they are busy due to the holidays, but it's frustrating watching them help countless other people who came into the store after me. Needless to say I won't go back there...

My husband has spent a lot of money at this store for my Jewelry and there is one sales rep that continues to belittle me and treat me poorly. Recently took my rings into be re finished she refused to take my Id and give me my rings insisting that she release them to my husband even if the rings were dropped of by me and the recent paperwork was in my name.
