I live in Omaha Nebraska and we have no fred myers jewelry repair and I had a very sentimental chain I had purchased from their with warranty. Gabriela made it super easy on me getting my chain sent out repaired cleaned and sent back super fast. I was worried but Gabriela made me feel like I was in good hands keeps in contact and gave updates when recieved fixed and sent out. She made it super easy and took a Lotta stress off of me in handling and taking care of this matter. Read moreWell this visit was extremely disappointing. I waited there for 30 minutes for someone to help me and got no help at all. The one interaction I had with an employee was them directing me to a counter and then disappearing to help someone else. I then waited there for awhile longer and made eye contact with several people, and not one person came to help me. I understand they are busy due to the holidays, but it's frustrating watching them help countless other people who came into the store after me. Needless to say I won't go back there...
