Love your ice cream but the service needs work. I don't know if you are having trouble hiring help but there is never enough employees. With a line out the door, customers waiting for their "online" orders, only 3 employees and 1 of those employees was working at 1/4 of the pace of the other 2. Would help one customer and disappear for a few minutes, return help one customer, disappear again. It was very frustrating to watch. All supplies were running low and one of the two working employees would have to stop serving customers to refill. You were running out of everything from napkins and spoons to toppings, waffle bowls and ice cream. The two working employees were exceptional, diligently working with a smile on their faces even under the stressful situation they were in. She asked for her order and they gave her the wrong toppings. Then she politely tells the staff, a male and female that her order was wrong and if she could get another. The guy grabs her cup and cuts HALF OF A BANANA and places it on top. That is horribleee @coldstone and I hope yall do better on hiring people to work in your business. I’m big on tiktok and I could 100% make a video about this and find out who those two individuals were by showing and talking about what happened today to my wife. I had ordered a birthday cake for my wife, which the employee who took my order said would be ready to go the next day, as they had just made up several of that particular type of ice cream cake. When I went to pick it up the next day (my wife's birthday), I noticed that the cake they brought out was not the type of cake I had ordered (similar but not the same kind). When I looked at the order form, it had the kind of cake on it that I had ordered, not what they had given me. I told the staff that it wasn't the cake that I ordered, but after looking in back and telling me that there weren't any other cakes ready, the best they did was say, "Sorry, but we don't have anything else."
