Waffle House — Restaurant in Georgia

One thing about Waffle House, their bacon slapssssssssssss. Whew!

As I was headed to the highway, this location was right there and I really wanted some bacon. Pulling into the lot, it is super small and spaces are limited. I was lucky as there were two spots that were coming available so I grabbed one.

Walking in, the lady at the front door was very pleasant and welcomed me into Waffle House. The restaurant itself was super clean, the staff was busy working, and the seats were loaded. As I was doing take out, I proceeded to the take out area to place my order. The young lady who was on take outs was phenomenal. She was rocking and rolling and I mean all the way live. She was handling the in-person as well as online orders and had a full system going. I could neverrrrrrrr!!!!! She was amazing.

When it came my turn to place my order, not only did the young lady greet me, she also asked me how my day was going so far!!!!!! What??? Pardon me????? Did I just get Great Customer Service from the Waffle House!!!! Wow. To say I was taken aback would be an understatement. Her professionalism and charisma were immaculate. This was a first for me. In all my years of eating at Waffle House, no one has EVER Delivered service to this caliber. Ok.. back to my order. I placed my order, 2 orders of bacon, both Well Done, an order of white toast, grape jelly, and a sweet tea. Bloop!

Once my order was placed, I took a seat and waited for my name to be called.

The way the young lady had the orders running, I may have waited about 8 minutes maximum and my name was called. I got my bag and headed out the door. Oh yeah, she told me to have a great rest of my day as well.

Now, don’t judge me y’all. As I had about a 13 minute ride home, I was unable to wait. Lmboooooooooooo. I got in that car, cracked them lids and went to townnnnnnnnnnnnn.

The Bacon was meaty, well done, salty, flavorful, and greasy just like I needed it to be. Oh my goshhhhhhhhhhhh. Idk what it is about the WF bacon but no brand compares. I savored every single chew.

The toast was good with the grape jelly and balanced the salt from the bacon.

The sweet tea was southern, homemade, sweet, refreshing, and amazing. Somebody's great auntie in the back with the church spoon made this tea.

All in all, this was a great experience. The service. The food. The ambiance of the WF was all spot on. I will def stop here again if I’m...

I took a friend who was visiting to the Waffle House (7800 Senioa Rd, Fairburn around noon) on Tuesday, July 23, 2024. This was my second time dining at this location. I was pleasantly surprised for the second time! We were greeted with a smile by the staff upon entering and our orders were taken immediately after being seated. Our waitress was very pleasant and she provided amazing customer service during our entire stay. I was blown away by the level of cleanliness displayed by every worker who was on shift that afternoon. These women ensured that every area in the Waffle House was cleaned. These sistahs cleaned the entire we were there. It was awesome to see co-workers getting along and who genuinely like working together. They are definitely a well-oiled machine at this location.

It is hard to find people who want to work these days, less more provide great customer service, clean/safe atmosphere and delicious food to top everything off!!!

The manager on shift that day wrote down a number as well as everyone’s name who worked the shift on the aforementioned date/time. However, I misplaced the piece of paper🤦🏾‍♂️ At any rate, Waffle House Corporate Office…. These three ladies and two gentlemen are most definitely an asset the to Waffle House brand. Do whatever you need to do to keep these employees at this particular location. Give them each a bonus and/or raise because they are definitely making your business shine🙌🏾

Strange visit. First we get there and there are no clean tables so we stand and wait. Only one of the staff even looks at us like she isn't sure we are really there. After we stood there for several minutes, she finally asked if we were there for a togo order. We said no, we were waiting on a clean table. With that, she had nothing else to say. Finally, one of the waitresses cleaned off the table. They took our order, and with the exception of her gruff response, everything moved along. We got our food and one drink refill. Then, nothing they left the bill, and we didn't see them anymore. 😒 we had a togo order we needed, but no one ever came around. Considered calling it in but decided we would wait. Finally, we waved the other waitress to come by, and she took the order but explained to us that it had been a busy morning, so all the staff was on break now. But she would take our order. After a bit, our original waitress brought our togo box to the table, put the check down, and said we could take it to the cash register at the other end of the store and left.

It is Waffle House, but this seemed stranger than that. We didn't ask for much, but everyone going on break while you still have customer's and dont tell them you are all off now....
