It's really really bad. Don't go here. I was in the plaza getting good ramen when I saw they had a sign for italian ice. I double checked and asked the girl working at the register who was playing with her phone. She said it was italian ice at first and then gaslit me later that she said it was always shaved ice. Lol.

Anyway i got shaved ice for $7 and I usually just take it and never come again.. even the other customers looked at it and said that's definitely not italian ice (super embarrassing).. but i got to my car and it was literally just ice ice and had no flavor. I worked up the courage to go back in and ask for more syrup at least because i paid $7 for just ice and no flavor. I also wanted to confirm if they ever had italian ice and nope (despite the sign outside). Anyway, the shaved ice sucked too even with additional syrup (and the froyo is mid) so don't bother coming here at all.

Update: I'm pretty sure she gave me the wrong flavor too.. just lol....

Just had an awfully unpleasant experience. The girl that was working there was very rude to my daughters when they were asking questions because they'd never been there..when they started to fill their cup with the frozen french vanilla yogurt it was super watery and I told her to tell the lady if it's supposed to look like that..she stated that ot only does that when it's being used too much. Now this was the only time WE touched any of the machines in there..I told my daughter to pour it out and get another flavor and the lady got really snotting with me and said that she still has to pay for it, we went back it forth and she ended up telling us that if we weren't paying for some watery yogurt that's supposed to he FROZEN we could leave!! you just don't know livid I was..I'm calling corporate in the am as this was completely poor customer service and...

I went here with my daughter. She made her served her own frozen yogurt and added her own toppings. The whole time we were there the employee was on his phone. He nodded toward the scale and as I was paying he asked for a tip. He never did anything foe us, but work turn the register screen when it asked for a tip and said I could tip here or the tip cup. This made me never want to go back. I've never asked a customer for a tip and was just happy to get them when I got them. It isn't like he made what we bought. He never greeted us or even talked to us until it...
