When we arrived @ 11:45 a.m., we were evidently the first customers of the day,yet the front door glass was covered with smudges and finger prints, the tables were dirty(I'm saying "tables" since all of them had some kind of food debris/crumbs on them, so we chose the one that had the least amount.) so I had to ask for a rag to wipe our table down. Fortunately, the cashier came out to wipe it down, but with some difficulty, since the food debris was caked on and she had to use some elbow grease and scrub to get it off. When I ordered, I asked what type of fries came with it, and the cashier had to go in the kitchen to ask. This led me to believe that she was either new or was unfamiliar with the menu. There was ample food on the plate, however I felt my gyro required more seasoning as it tasted bland. Also, it was very greasy. When I went to use the restroom, there wasn't enough toilet paper left on the roll, so I informed the cashier about it but I never saw her go in there to resupply the paper items. Overall, I'm being generous in giving 3 stars because as I said the tables and entry was not clean, and since we were the 1st customers of the day, it led me to believe that no cleaning was done at closing the night before. If I was not being treated, I would have left. Other than that, it is conveniently located right off of N. Texas St. There are several eateries nearby so if they were busy, you would have a problem finding parking since the parking area nearby the restaurant is minimal. In the future, if I had a taste for Mediterranean Food again, I will stick with Athenian Grill, since they are thee best! The food is always ample enough and the place is clean and renovated. Anyway, that's my 2 cents...

Nice new Mediterranean place a local Chain apparently doing Gyros Schwarma and other Mid eastern favorites Al Halal, or as I annoyingly call it Muslim Kosher! In other words The meat animals and fowl are prepared in a butcher process that has been approved and based Advice from Religious leaders and Holy Scriptures, to insure Humane, Sanitary and Quality actions and products. There's examples of these Teachings in the Bible, Koran and Torah, all the way Back to when we all just Shared The Old Testament v. 1.0 ! Q is a brightly lit very modern take on this Cuisine, the service was friendly, professional and quick. The wraps we tried, The Philly Steak Gyro and the more traditional falafel, were both delicious and hefty portions. The philly gyro is a great hybrid of 2 traditions using a lamb beef combo, grilled peppers and onions and a spicy sauce, im craving...

The customer service at this place was absolutely terrible. I went to pick up a $30 surprise bag through the Too Good To Go app, and they gave me only one item that costs $13. When I questioned it politely, the staff member was extremely rude and dismissive.

I returned the food immediately, but he refused to offer a replacement or refund. He told me, very bluntly, that “$30 boxes don’t exist,” and that it wasn’t his problem. He said I had to deal with the app and that he wouldn’t do anything to help me. He even warned me not to damage the food next time and said he would just give it to someone else.

The way I was treated was completely unacceptable. The lack of respect, empathy, and professionalism was shocking. I’ve never experienced such poor treatment at a business, and I strongly advise others to think twice before...

I placed a Door Dash order for a couple of chicken bowls and it quoted me that it would be 13-20 minutes. I got to the restaurant about 25 minutes later and the cashier told me that it wasn’t ready. I sat down and a few minutes later she told me that they didn’t have chicken and were prepping some in the back. She then asked me if I can come back in 20 minutes. My answer was NO! I had to get home and get my kids fed and get their homework done. Since there is no easy way to get a refund from Door Dash, I had no other choice but to wait. After about 10 minutes, my food was ready. Total time: over 30 minutes. There is no reason why food should take over 30 minutes when you have absolutely NO ONE in the restaurant. The mismanagement in this place is the reason why I won’t be coming back here again.

Recently heard about an app called "Too Good to Go" which is supposedly trying to curb food waste. This restaurant was listed on it so I decided to both try the app for the first time and this restaurant for the first time. I ordered from the app mid day with a pick up window of between 7:30-8:00 pm. After about a 15 minute wait I was handed a bag. There was the smallest bowl in it with mostly rice and a sprinkling of cucumber and a few pieces of chicken. So basically they were advertising on this app but using it to sell a sparse version of their advertised bowls. I would have been way better off paying the additional $3 dollars and getting a whole bowl. The chicken was super dry and tasteless. Will never eat here again or use that app.

Thought we'd try out a new local place. Needless to say I was disappointed. This restaurant has been different several times. The new owners didn't even bother to change the decor from the previous restaurant. You want your business to be successful you need to invest in it. Don't get me wrong the staff is friendly. My son and I both had the chicken platter, the chicken was tender and taziki sauce was on point. The rest of the platter ended up in the trash. Nothing like paying restaurant prices for self service. If you are looking for good Mediterranean, drive the extra few miles down the freeway to Athenian Grill.
