Rolling Hills Park — Attraction in Fairfield

This park is the perfect place for a quiet and relaxing time. It provides great seating under shaded areas for parents and guardians looking to keep a close eye on their children. There are two play areas, one for 3-5 years of age, and another area for 6 years and up. There are plenty of fun activities to play on, slide down, and climb on.

There is a large grassy field area for ball playing and other large planned events. A nice cement path wraps around the entire park for a relaxing walk and bench / tabled areas sit on the outskirts of the younger play area. There is even a half basketball court with one hoop for anyone looking to ball out.

My favorite part is the location, which takes place in a very quiet neighborhood with seemingly older residents, which means park upkeep is on the top priority list for the city.

I thoroughly enjoy this park and my kids have tons of fun. I've also been to planned events at this park and I never felt like the area was too small to support large parties of 50-80 people.

Amazing park with open space, two sets of equipment, and shaded benched seating areas.

They have a wide variety of equipment and play items that my 9, 7, and 3 year olds enjoyed. There are also a pair of big kid swings and a pair of little kid swings.

There's a basketball court that looks like it's in decent shape and a wide open grass field suitable for soccer, kickball, Frisbee, or volleyball.

Main negatives, there's no bathroom and the equipment is in pretty direct sun most the day causing the surfaces to heat up during the warmer days.

Worth a stop to let kids get their energy out for sure. Beautiful and safe...

The benches and jungle gym equipment are in good shape. The landscaping is well maintained. There is an area for kids about 4 and younger and another one for kids around 5 and up. There are two baby swings and two regular swings. There is a half basketball court. There are plenty of trash cans and one water fountain.

The major downside is the lack of a bathroom and any businesses with bathrooms nearby. Lots of people leave saying it's because they need to go to the bathroom. A bathroom would bring this to a...
