Panda Express — Restaurant in Fairfield

Terrible customer service from Sami (possible spelling error). Repeated my order too quickly and I told her couldn't catch up and she said "well I'm repeating it to you now, if there's a problem with your order it's on you". Extremely rude and aggressive. I came in with a family of 6 and none of us could recall doing anything to her that would warrant such evident hostility. Theres also the incident with the soda machine and the way she handled it was unnecessary and hostile. She then talked behind our backs when she was behind the counter and didn't even attempt to lower her voice. One of the worst customer service employee I'd ever seen. I like Panda express it is probably the healthiest fast food close to me but in this particular location a worker named Glen(Thats the name i was given when i called) is always very rude. I understand human interactions is both ways so I am always kind and polite but you do not always get that back. A good example is this worker who thinks it is okay to mistreats the costumers. I eat panda express because it’s food is closet to home for me but this location needs to change their staff or give them orientation about customer service . There is this older Chinese woman, her attitude is bad and I thought I was the only one until my brother and my friend went there .

To me it’s is unnecessary for me to give you my money for a service ( to everyone regardless of who they are , in as much you are not insulted at your job) and you act foolish.
