On August 3, 2022 I purchased a flip phone at this location. Brett and Tucker were both very kind and very helpful. I don't understand enough of today's technology, and therefore just wanted a simple phone to make emergency phone calls. Because I qualify for the ACP program, they sold me a $50. phone and charged a $30. setup fee, with NO FURTHER CHARGES! I used the phone twice. When I picked it up to use on October 6, the service had been disconnected due to non payment. The company is REFUSING a refund, and REFUSING to restore my service unless I pay another $20. for the month. That is called "EXTORTION". After having the same carrier (I'll be nice and not name them) for 15 years I had grown to loathe having to go to the actual store for anything due to feeling pressured, feeling like I was tricked and lied to, and not ever getting issues resolved.
