Unbelievable service. I woke up at 5 am this morning to my house being 58 degrees and my furnace pretty much unresponsive. I called Lewâs and Julie was extremely kind and tried to help trouble shoot the problem before sending someone out. She was able to get a tech out to my home within 20 minutes.
When Matt (the service tech) arrived he was extremely professional and courteous. Within minutes he was able to diagnose the problem and got to work. He fixed the problem and even did a full service check and cleaned my unit (which I didnât even ask for). What I truly loved was that he called me downstairs and told me step by step what he did, what the problem was and wanted me to have knowledge on the situation which I appreciate.
A phenomenal experience. When your dealing with your home you should not just go with the cheapest company because you get what you pay for now-a-days. Go with the company that has been around for a long time and willing to put their name on the business because they know what they are doing and donât try and âsteal from an ignorant customer.â Hopefully I wonât need to see them anytime soon but if I were to need any furnace help I wouldnât think twice about who Iâd call and I would specifically ask for Matt.    Read moreWeâve been using Lewâs Reliable Heat for many years but this year they really came through. We knew our A/C was on its last legs after our checkup last fall. They gave us a competitive price while installing a better unit than we had previously. Unfortunately, they also found that our furnace had a cracked heat exchanger, which would have been trouble with the heating season approaching. Within a few weeks they were back to install a new Bryant furnace. Same as before, competitive price, excellent service, and one day installation. The installers (Jared and Tim) were the best. They talked us through the key points after installation and did a fantastic job. Friendly and very knowledgeable. They didnât even seem to mind my three dogs trying to help with the installation. Itâs always an expensive proposition to replace the furnace and A/C but we are completely satisfied with the entire experience. On a side note, we also love their service plans.    Read moreI have had several HVAC professionals out over the years. Since I purchased my home in 2015, my AC unit would shut off and need to be restarted to work. I noticed that the water would drain from the house after the system shut down, but would need to be restarted. When Lew's came out, the technician put a hard startup kit on my condensing unit and told me that I needed a different gauge wire for the air handler. Unfortunately, this was incorrect and they did not look into the fact that the drain system was installed improperly. They were not the only ones that could not diagnose the problem. I had to do my own research and find the manual for the air handler and contact tech support for the SpacePac unit. After putting a trap in the correct location, moved from basement (where it was installed backwards) to the attic, and fixing the pitch of the drain line (which wasn't even glued), the system works great.
