He did what he could do to save me; unfortunately I could not be helped. Every step needed a name or a number to enable progress⦠you are obviously very sophisticated and everything is backed up. After 34 yrs of attempting to learn mobile phones I continue to recede ⦠because I Iost my phone and it appears that if/when it is found I will be unable to obtain the information accumulated over 34 years such as names, addresses, phone numbers ā¦.I am in total disaster mode. I was told to go to the Apple Store. Iāve done this several times. The people talk fastā¦they are very technical and usually unable to understand or assist me. They dismiss me quickly after waiting an average of 45 minutes. Well you asked for it and Iām certain it will not be posted. Iām going to the VA Hospital in CLE, adjoining the Cleveland Clinic and the nearby adjoining hospitals to see if I can recover my lost phone! I deliver blood for the American Red Cross and will be sending some time @ the VA . I cannot contact my brother (87 yrs) Or my cousin (90)yrs, or my girlfriend (72 yrs) or any of the other 275 people I need such as my attorney, my accountant, all my doctors at CLE CLINIC etc. Sure would be cool if you could build a hybrid emergency system to dump this info automatically to a relative to relieve the sense of panic!

We were informed by Zach that our billing plan was out of date. He referred me to the FirstNet program as I am a nurse. I was informed that I qualified for a free watch as a result of my switch. Zach also suggested to me to switch to the SE as it is like my old phone and I had been reluctant for a big change. I have 4 lines on my account. I was told that the accounts had to be de-unified before he could proceed. Unfortunately I was having a severe toothache that turned out to be an abscess. I needed to leave while this de-unification process was occurring to go to my dental appointment. Zach was sympathetic and went above and beyond by letting me leave and return. When we returned, everything was ready to switch to the two new phones which went off without a hitch. I was then able to setup an appointment to switch my sonās phone and program my watch. Today, Zach was waiting for us and was able to quickly reunify the 4 lines. He patiently showed and explained the phone options to my son, set up and switched to his new phone. Zach also set up my watch. I had been having trouble syncing my new phone, again he assisted me. I have one more phone to switch, however with all of the work he has done, I am not anticipating any problems. I cannot say enough about the fabulous service that Zach provided. Ā Ā Ā Read moreHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. my god where do i start here. i came to this store as i already have AT&T fiber optic and a 5G plan. well with my current phone going south i decided it is time for an upgrade. store employees, "appear friendly and helpful" but they completely lie to you and trick you into much much more than you expect. i rather not rant on the entire experience as i am going up chain of command especially after having issue after issue after issue and 2-4 hours in the store every single time i'm there, multiple times late to work even though i showed up 4+ hours before work because who knew you have to clear your entire day just trade in a phone and switch sim cards. even just for something simple as dropping off a trade in device took an hour plus an hour wait time and no one even acknowledged i was there! i have spent now in 4 separate visits for issues the same week, over 24 hours in store, and 8 hours on phone with customer service! these employees literally have no idea what they are doing and from my prior work, appear to be strictly after sales only! thank god one lady on the customer service hotline knew what she was doing. my bill would be over 450 dollars right now instead of half of that because these guys will promise things AND sign you up for plans and not even tell you. straight cons for that commission check! and according to the reviews here as well, this issue is multiple years old and i WISH i would have either went to a different provider or gone to a totally different store and will...
