I went in today because I saw all over social media that there was a free watermelon smoothie in the app. So i decided to take my kids, niece and little sister in to try it. This was my 3rd time at this location and the Indian lady gives me bad vibes and reminds me why I stay away from this place. She’s not welcoming at all! They didn’t even greet us!

So we ordered 4 watermelon smoothies and the young girl who was making them only made enough to fill up 3 cups. So instead of making more fresh her and the Indian lady started whispering and proceeded to grab an old one they had sitting in the cooler like we wouldn’t notice. I told her I didn’t want it and they looked confused saying they just made it 10 minutes ago. Who wants an old smoothie especially if I’m waiting in store. None the less they made a fresh one and stuck the old one BACK in the cooler for their next victim.

I have multiple times over the course of a month visited the Rocky River location and I have experienced staff cutting the banana without gloves, smoothies not blended and frozen to the point you have to wait over a half hour to eat. They refuse to blend it fresh like the normally do at other locations. Also I have gotten the bowl without the banana being sliced in multiple occasions. When reporting it, they tried to offer me free stuff which I declined and requested just for my order to be made properly. Not looking for freebies just my order to be prepared to order, with gloves, and not frozen to the point of me not being able to eat. I have posted pictures on my story of hard it is with the time stamp of the receipt and the pictures of the employee without gloves prior to me having to let him know to please wear gloves when handling my food after touching the register and mop. I came to this location last week and was met with a gentlemen who was rude & disrespectful. I ordered a strawberry gladiator and they did not put strawberries into the smoothie, I asked for it to please be remade correctly with strawberries and he tried to tell me no until another women working agreed to fix it. Fast forward one week, I attempt to try again thinking maybe it was just an off day for this gentlemen. Wrong. I had a redeemable reward of buy one bowl get one smoothie free. I ordered and they tried to tell me my reward was not redeemable. I had to stand my ground for the gentlemen to call his manager to get it applied. I will NEVER return to this location.
