BIBIBOP Asian Grill — Restaurant in Fairview Park

DON'T go here unless you want to get ripped off. I placed an online order and came home to find my bowl 1/4 full!!! I had to drive all the way back, and they said it looks like that because you only got 2 ingredients; rice and tofu. I told them obviously for $10 I want a full bowl, just like the overflowing bowls in pictures. I didnt expect any extra tofu because  I know that is an upcharge, but there should have been extra rice to compensate. She said you could ask for extra rice. I told her it was an online order and that wasn't an option. I also mentioned that I had just placed an online order the day before at avon, and they had the common sense to adjust the amount of rice themselves when they saw the bowl only contained two items. Who would pay $10 for a 1/4 full bowl?!?! They also forgot my pack of teriyaki sauce.  Also, they let about 8 people go ahead of me before filling my online order that was placed prior to them arriving. Went to BibiBop in Fairview Park/ Westgate mall about 2 weeks ago with my mom. We got there about 20 minutes before closing time. The young girl at the check out put our food in a bag. I told her we didn't need a bag that we were going to dine in. She copped an attitude with me. Then mom went to get her water at the fountain and someone started mopping and splashing dirty mopping water on my moms feet. I stopped in tonight to get food for take out. The elderly man in front of me told the gal that his rice was sitting on the counter for quite awhile and it's now cold. The worker said, 'is not cold'. Customer said, 'my rice is cold and I don't want cold rice'. This went on back and forth. She then put a scoop of warm rice on top of his cold rice. He said to her, you just put warm rice on top of cold rice. Worker said to him, 'your rice was not cold'. The food is great. The customer service is beyond ridiculous! I went yesterday and the vibes were really bad. I’ve been to this location in the past and that wasn’t the case before. Yesterday was all teenagers working the line so I will give them a pass for it possibly being their first job but also they need to learn how to act probably in the work field and give actual customer service. I also don’t think any of these girls were trained properly on food service. They broke multiple food safety rules and this could cause someone to call the health inspector (if they haven’t been called already over this). They kept putting food from the dirty counter into my bowl (gross). The girl ringing me out also dropped my cups on the floor INFRONT OF ME grabbed them off the floor and then made eye contact as she put those dirty cups back into my bags???? And then gave me attitude when I asked for new cups that didn’t touch the floor. Very very...
