I’m leaving a reluctant review because I actually enjoy going to this BW3s and my experience was great this visit until the last 30 seconds as I left.
I’m self employed so I come in about once a week and sit at the bar, I’m a one person business and I hustle every week and I reward myself by watching whatever game is on the tv and enjoying an IPA and some fresh wings. If you know, you know. I’ve been doing this for the last 4 years and the bartenders at this BW3s are amazing. Today in fact Amber, was so cool, she knows my order and it’s why I come back. The bar staff are just phenomenal.
I sat at bar and ate my food, then I put in a to go order for my wife and daughter with Amber the bartender, I told her I was on a time crunch and she made sure my food was ready before I had to go. Up until this point my experience was great but as I passed the front order desk to leave I realized I didn’t ask for a side of BBQ. So I asked a worker with red hair can I get a side of BBQ, she was confused and she asked me…what was the name on the order. I explained that I ordered a to go from the bar and I just needed a side of BBQ. She then said honey mustard or sweet bbq and I said I want regular bbq…she was instantly annoyed and repeated the same 2 options like I was stupid. Because I didn’t choose the 2 options she provided, I understand but my mind was set on regular so I just was locked in and didn’t really comprehend the choices…long week, my brain wasn’t working on all cylinders. Now I come here all the time and she made it seem like I was such an inconvenience and her annoyance made me feel like maybe I should spend my money somewhere else. She just made me feel dumb. She could have said, unfortunately we don’t have regular…those are our only 2 options. I think I was triggered by her immediate annoyance. I also disturb her from whatever work she was doing and that also might be why she was annoyed.
People who aren’t good with people, keep them away from people.
As a consumer I’ve noticed more and more poor customer service across the board every where in every state. Maybe it’s poor training, limited resources and or desperate hires. I get it but If you feel like me, you let this slide for far too long. This was just the straw that broke the camels back.
The lesson is one bad experience can sour years of good experiences and you never know who will leave a bad review.
Staff doesn’t need to break their backs for customers, trust me we understand bad days but don’t make a customer feel stupid for asking for something simple as BBQ sauce.
Oh and fix the guys’ bathroom.
Other than that, the bartenders are top notch, I suggest sitting at the bar if you go here. The wings are...
Read moreBuffalo Wild Wings in Fairview Park has long been a family-friendly staple for me. Over the years, it held a special place despite the common disdain for chain restaurants. The vibrant atmosphere, the camaraderie over sports events, and the reliably tasty wings made it a go-to spot for gatherings and casual dinners alike. Sadly, the past couple of years have seen a dramatic decline in both food quality and customer service, turning what was once a beloved establishment into a source of disappointment.
The wings, once plump and flavorful, are now laughably small and lacking in taste. It’s disheartening to see such a drastic reduction in quality, especially when considering the steadily increasing prices. Nowadays, even McDonald’s offers better chicken options at a fraction of the cost. The corner bar down the street not only serves superior wings but also provides a more welcoming and attentive service experience. This decline is not just limited to the Fairview Park location; my frequent travels for work have revealed the same issues at multiple Buffalo Wild Wings locations, highlighting a widespread problem within the chain.
Customer service, once a strong point, has also deteriorated. Long waits, inattentive staff, and a general lack of enthusiasm have replaced the friendly, prompt service that used to be a hallmark of the restaurant. It’s frustrating to see such a significant drop in standards, especially when the potential for greatness is clearly there.
This decline is a perfect example of how large chain restaurants can lose touch with their loyal customer base. What was once a standout among chain restaurants has become a shadow of its former self, failing to meet the expectations it once easily exceeded. The current model, with its poor food quality and inflated prices, seems unsustainable.
As someone who has enjoyed countless meals and moments at Buffalo Wild Wings, this shift is particularly disappointing. It’s hard to watch a place I once cherished lose its way. I hope that Buffalo Wild Wings can find its footing again and return to the quality and service that made it special in the first place. Until then, I’ll be looking elsewhere for...

This is my second time within 2 weeks to Buffalo Wild Wings in Fairview Park. I had told my friend about enjoying your food and watching The Browns play.
My experience was not good this time. My friend and I arrived about 12:15pm and there was nobody in the main dining area. We came to enjoy The Browns game and have a decent meal. This was my friends first time
The waitress took us all the way to the back booth. I'm not sure if the waitress has any type of issues. One being(Racism)? We did not allow her to place us in the back of the restaurant. I asked why can't we sit at another open booth or table? (She passed several open tables, while taking us to that back table). She did place us in a more acceptable booth, after we asked her to.
I will be coming back to eat and watch a few more Browns games. I don't believe that this is a true representation of The Buffalo Wild Wings establishment. Obviously training is needed on how to entreat paying customers as not to cause unnecessary offenses based on the color of our skin. She also insinuated that we couldn't afford to pay for refills, by stating that the drinks we ordered didn't have free refills. Some people would have walked out with the first offense, let alone a second one. When I come back( and I will come back). I will not allow her to serve...
