Let me start out by saying I think one star is to high for the service I got from this company. I place my order Feb 21st says the items are instock, I keep checking the link on when they are going to ship. It keeps saying last update is Feb 21st. So I call close 4 or 5 days later and I am 16th int he que. Guessing they are having a lot of problems for that many people to being calling that much. I was told it would ship early march. Great I will have it before my April 11th the first match of the season. So I wait, March 16th I get a package from them and it just the bracket for the extension!! NO EXTENSION TUBE. So I call and ask where is the tube I don't need the bracket if I don't have the tube. I then get told Oh you should have that the first week of April. Finally the extension arrives, and its the wrong one it won't fit on my shotgun they send me a Remington+5 instead of my beretta+5. So I call I am on for 33min and I get a voice mail asking me to leave a message after being on hold for 33 minutes!!!! So I call back and I use the auto option to have them call me back over an hour later I get a call and I explain what happens and the rep says ok we will send you a return label todo a credit. I said what are we going to do about fixing the issues, do you have a +6 or +7 he checks and say no. Then he put me on hold cause he had to call the "store" who the heck did I just call??? I am on hold for 3-5 min and he comes back and says 'Nope sorry there is nothing I can do".

Shopping at the store has always been a good experience but I ordered 5.11 pants on 9/4/17. They took the money out of my account right away. However, two weeks later no pants. I emailed them inquiring. They tell me I didn't put the correct order number on my email (they can't look it up by name?). So I email back with correct order number. Two days later I get an email that is so unprofessional you wouldn't believe it. It was typed as if you were texting your BFF and it didn't answer my question as to where are my pants. So I called and asked to speak to a supervisor. The only person they allow me to talk to is the one who sent the inappropriate email. So he proceeds to tell me that they don't have pants for me and it will be two more weeks. I ask to cancel the order. He says no problem. 17 days later, still no refund. I call again. The answer is, "I see that it was canceled but some problem with the card." We need your card number again to process. Well I was at work on break, without my card. So I call back the same day at 1535 hrs. No answer, sends me to voice mail. Still waiting on return call....

AT customer service was very helpful in ensuring all required paperwork was completed to avoid any delays, thank you Celeste! Shortly after I sent my credentials, I received a courtesy call from AT giving me a heads up on time expectancy with a class 3 out of state order.
Being satisfied with my first Atlantic Tactical transaction I made a second online order. This time a suppressor, added it to my cart and paid. I received notice from AT the next morning with an apology that the item was out of stock and wait times could be 6 - 8 weeks depending on the manufacture. Not a big deal, I requested a refund in the meantime, AT refunded my card and sent confirmation immediately.
I highly recommend Atlantic Tactical to any potential customers reading this review.
