International Wireless — Local services in Fairview

i wish i could give less than 1 star. i recently fixed my iphone and now it barely works. I cracked my screen and this was the only place open till late so i brought my phone in (+they had good reviews for some reason). they said they will fix it by next day. So i went there the next day and they were closed 2 hours before their closing time. So i waited another day and went back. They still didn't fix it and told me they took it to somewhere because they didn't have the parts. well when i did find my iphone, it was in their store. I had to probably go back to check if it was fixed like 3 times and they still didn't fix my phone (they were telling me to comeback the next day so i did and it wasn't fixed all those times). Anyhow, they "fixed" it and i got it back almost a week after. i got it back and now my screen is a bit darker (saturation is not there) and my home button is literally fxxked. i do not want to bring it back to the store because i don't have time to wait another week to get my phone back for...

Absolutely GARBAGE customer service. 2 Months ago I went to this store to fix my phone. The man claimed that he would fix the phone in under 2 hours. The next day when I visited he said it should be fixed the next day. This was going on for almost two months and we ended up getting back the phone damaged. One star is more than deserved...
