Never tried the food and don’t really know the atmosphere so I can’t rate that . But outgoing service should be the same as service in person. Never tried these guys and was looking for a place that sold Pao de queijo because it showed it in my TikTok feed and these guys sold them so I wanted to try. I placed an order through Doordash and noticed that the restaurant was going to close in about an hour. I called the restaurant directly to confirm they had received my order but they didn’t pick up. I waited 46 minutes and they canceled my order without any reason. Very unprofessional service.
