Read moreI’ve been well overdue for a new mattress so I went to this place with the intention of sampling some mattresses and picking out whichever one felt the best. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Thomas, who was super helpful and very knowledgeable about mattresses and sleep in general. He started by showing me three different types of mattresses, firm, plush and medium, and asked me which I liked the best. I told him the medium. He then had me all over the store sampling all different medium mattresses. In the end I found the one that made me very happy. Thomas then showed me an adjustable base, that could elevate at the foot and the head. Honestly never even knew how much I needed this in my life. At one point I thought I had misplaced my vape in the store (only to later find out I had just left it at home) but while I was looking for it, Thomas and the other gentleman who was there (didn’t catch his name) were so kind as to help me look for it, and when we couldn’t find it, assured me that if they came across it, that they would give me a call. Honestly you don’t find service this great these days. At the end, Thomas set us up to have the mattress delivered to my house, and said that they would get rid of my old bed for free! Read moreI have been dealing with Matress Firm since February. I bought a Stearns and foster bed for $1600. By May, I noticed huge indentations in the Matress on one side. I then called the sales rep to return the mattress. After multiple photos of the mattress, it was agreed that indeed it was damaged. On June 2, I received the new mattress. Unfortunately, again, I had to reach out to the sales rep and stated that the bed was totally uncomfortable and that I could not keep it. A new delivery date for August 4 was made, at which time I purchased a beautyrest, pressure, smart, hybrid, medium mattresses. But not before I paid the $249 for the exchange of a different bed. The Delivery today was an hour and a half late. Making me stay home and wait until The delivery finally came. To my horror, I noticed that the mattress had a huge indentation that could be seen as clear as day. I turned to the delivery man and asked them. Do you not see the indentation? They reply. Yes we do. He then took a photo and I did the same. At which point I refuse to accept the Matress. I am a very unhappy and unsatisfied customer. Would like A total refund. I do not want a new mattress from Matress Firm, or to do any further business with this company. Lastly, since I did not exchange the unwanted Matress, I would also like my $249 Refunded to me.
