Take Notice;Worst service I have ever recieved. We first contacted them on the 19th they were scheduled to come out between 8-12 on the 22nd when they didn't show up we contacted them at 1:30 pm they said they were in our area would be here at some point. Very unproffessional on the phone, no apologies just didnt know what went wrong. I waited for them all day on the 22nd they never arrived. Called again on the 23rd again no apology or explanation as to why they didnt show up. Guaranteed us they would be here on the 23rd by 1 pm. Took another day off work Cal (the owner) showed up approx 1:30 spent 15 min on machine said he adjusted it and left. The washer never worked called them again the 24th they said they couldn't come out until 8am on the 29th. Today is the 29th Cal showed up 45 minutes late with no apologies when I complained that he was late and this was now the 3rd time he just said " So would you like me to leave?" Called Lowes customer service and filed a complaint. As well as contacting Richard's Maytag again when I was told by Kevin who answered the phone that Cal was in fact the owner and that they hadn't had a complaint in 20 years so I could do whatever I wanted it wouldn't matter one bit. Very frustrating to say the least. I own several businesses and would never allow this kind of treatment to any of my custoners! PLEASE BE WARNED THESE ARE SMALL TOWNS AND THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH RICHARDS...

They were first sent to my home by Lowes on 8/6/15. They looked at my Dishwasher, said they were ordering parts, and that it would take a week. 46 days (and many phone calls to Richards Maytag and Lowes) I was told that they would be coming back out on 9/24/15. When Cal showed up he claimed that several boxes of parts along with work orders had disappeared and that is why he had not been back out. Never once in the approx. dozen times that myself and lowes had called for an update, did they ever mention that they did not know what home they were referring to because they didn't have the information. On 9/24/15 they looked at the machine again, and had to order parts again, that again would be here in a week. Now 21 days later, and nothing. And every time you call for an update, the owner is not there and the remaining staff cannot answer questions about part orders or service. Absolutely...
   Read moreI would give this business zero stars if I could.. they came out to look at my washer on 12/3 and said they would need to order two parts. The man who came out said one part would only take a few days to come in, but the other would probably take a week or two. I have sent texts and called this man/business with no reply. The only time he replied to one of my texts was to ask what address this was for and then never replied again. My husband has been able to get a hold of him a few times, but every time is told that he isn't at the shop so can't see when the part will come in. Finally, after calling Maytag for the 3rd time and them getting ahold of this business, my husband heard back from the tech on 1/8 saying our part has still not come in.. over a month later. The next day claimed the part was to be delivered that day 1/9. My husband nor myself have been able to get ahold of anyone now.. this business is absolutely ridiculous.
