To be honest I am a little confused. The mobile app lets you place an order for a restaurant that is already shutting down / closed.
Google hours says they are open till midnight tonight. But the store had already turned off their equipment for the night (it's 10pm PST).
I want to clarify the staff were amazing and turned everything back on to make my order. Despite having everything already down for the night.
The poor rating is due to the app allowing the order to be placed at a store already shut down for the night, not having contact info for support in the app. And for not having cancellation requests for the order available after hitting the "prepare my food" button.
Most people will hit the "prepare food" button on apps that use this feature right before pulling into the drive so they can just hop in line, grab, and go. But this approach of removing the cancel order option entirely after hitting the button seems to punish those that do this only to find out that they can't be served.
I implore the devs to please either:
1: disable online ordering once a store starts shutting down.
OR
Adding a contract source in the app for people who hit the button only to find that they could not get...

The cashier walked to the back and when she came back she told us they didn't have the combo. A worker then came from the back walked around us and tore down the $4.99 sign right in front to us.
So, on Tuesday the 15th decided to drive right into drive through to order the 99 cent chicken sandwiches. Was planning to add cheese to our sandwiche, it was great that they had an add-on menu which stated one slice of cheese for $0.20. The menu did not specify what type of cheese you could order therefore we decided to order pepper jack cheese. Our total came to $3 for two sandwiches and pepper jack cheese on both slices. We went into the restaurant and had a full-blown conversation about the $0.20 cheese. Read moreI had a weird experience here tonight. There was a wait to order and get to the window. Thats fine. As I pull up, I notice a very strange version of a police support sticker that was not specific to the area or an organization in particular. It's an eagle carrying a shield that is decorated with handcuffs. Hmm, thats kinda strange.
You know what else is strange? Everyone inside is running around but I've been at the window for a couple of minutes now without being acknowledged.
Finally, a girl appraches the window, opens it, says "Thank you, have a good night" and turns around and walks away before I can respond. I sat there for a few seconds wondering why I wasn't asked to pay before deciding to leave.
The food was predictably delicious. The wait was what I expected. The experience at the window was weird. I'm sure I'll come back here again.
